The Project

Chevron Headquarters is a new building  which was built at Century City, Cape Town.

Mackenzie Hoy consulting Engineers were employed to design all internal acoustics from foyers to passages and office areas. We were also required to design the building in accordance to the Green Building council for the the client t archive its IEQ12 rating points.

As can be seen by the images to the right, multiple complex designs were incorporated and many of the acoustic finishes will not even be noticed by the clientele and office personal.

The client managed to achieve a 5 star as built design from the Green Building Council.
